Rainier View Marketplace

Rainier View Marketplace is a 320,000 square foot retail development project located in south Puyallup. The project is anchored by Kohls and another major tenant yet to be announced. The project will encompass a variety of retailers and restaurants ranging in size from 1,500 square foot shop space to 30,000 square foot junior anchors.

The project has excellent visibility and exposure from the main Puyallup thoroughfare, Meridian Avenue East (SR 161). In addition, the center is located less than ½ mile from the development of the new “cross base” highway which will connect Meridian Avenue East to Interstate 5. South Puyallup has been, and is expected to continue to be, the fastest growing region of Pierce County.

Verus Partners, LLC is a real estate development and investment firm based in Phoenix, Arizona and Seattle, Washington. Verus was formed in June 2005 when former Univest partner John Maus and Northwest Retail Partners founder Rob Andrews realized that their complementary backgrounds were a great match to deliver retail development projects for a core set of retail center anchors tenants.
